Hello! I'm Deborah.
I look forward to connecting with you.
I believe every person has within them a deep well of wisdom, creativity, and truth waiting to be fully expressed. My work is to help you clear what stands in the way and align with your most authentic self — so you can live, love, and create from a place of wholeness.
I am both a licensed therapist and a transformational coach, uniquely blending the restorative power of therapy with the expansive, forward-focused energy of coaching. This means I can walk with you through the tender work of healing the past if needed while also guiding you toward the inspired work of creating your future.
My path has woven through professional theater, writing, fine art, yoga teaching, and dream work. These experiences taught me that healing and growth are not linear — they are creative, embodied, and soulful. They require presence, imagination, and a willingness to listen to the deeper language of the Self.
In our work together, you will find a space that is compassionate and safe, but also alive with possibility. Whether you are seeking clarity in your purpose, deeper connection in your relationships, or a way to express your authentic self with more freedom and joy, I will help you bridge the inner and outer worlds — so your life reflects the truth of who you really are.
Because at the heart of it all, my mission is simple: to help you come home to yourself, and from that place, create a life of connection, meaning, and abundance.

What I Offer
Let's talk about it.
I offer a free 15-minute consultation phone call. Call (585) 591-6940.
This is when we can discuss what is going on in your life, what you hope to get out of therapy, and explore how we might work together.
You'll be able to ask any questions you might have about therapy and/or about how I work. If it seems like a good fit, we will schedule an appointment and get started.
